YKK Nederland B.V. hereby provides this Declaration of Conformity in support of its customers' compliance activities under Regulation (EU) 2025/40 on Packaging and Packaging Waste (PPWR).
YKK Nederland B.V. maintains a structured process for identifying packaging materials, collecting supplier information and maintaining supporting PPWR documentation.
This declaration relates to the packaging materials used by YKK Nederland B.V. and does not constitute a product-specific Declaration of Conformity.
Packaging materials for which supporting PPWR documentation is currently available based on the supplier information and supporting documentation currently available and reviewed by YKK Nederland B.V., conformity can currently be declared for the following packaging materials:
- Plastic zipper, chain and slider bags
- Bubble wrap
- Foil wrap
Packaging materials pending supporting information.
Conformity cannot yet be declared for the following packaging materials because supporting information is still being collected and reviewed:
- Plastic and wooden pallets
- Plastic strapping band
- Cardboard boxes
- Bubble envelopes
YKK Nederland B.V. continues to work with the relevant suppliers to obtain the outstanding information and will update its documentation as additional evidence becomes available.
The absence of complete documentation reflects the current status of information collection and assessment and should not be interpreted as a determination of non-compliance.
